Rent Outstanding for 14 Days or More 3% Daily Interest Rate
(above Bank of England Base Rate)
Payment of incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices  
Payment of any Unpaid Rent or Other Costs Associated with Your Early Termination of the Tenancy/Breaking the Contract*  
*The Tenant will be required to give 1month's notice and will be subject to paying the Landlord the equivalent of 2 month's rent, along with his reasonable costs incurred in identifying a replacement Tenant.
